1. The Honouring of Obligations Advocate under the 11 January 1993 law on the prevention of the use of the financial systems for money laundering and terrorist financing;

2. The execution of the mission of defending your interests in the payment agreement;

3. The establishment and collection of fees and expenses statements.

By providing your personal data to IPV, you give express consent to process your information for the purposes indicated above. You are free to withdraw authorization to process data relating to your health at all times.


Your data is kept for five years after completion of the mission.

You are free to request communication of your personal data and rectify them through the proof of your identity and the introduction of a written request, dated and signed addressed to the person responsible for processing your data:
